Arashi is the leader of the Royal Guards of Planet H. Wielding his Transformation Crystal Compact containing the spirit of the Falcon, he becomes Royal Storm. As Royal Storm, Arashi has two goals, serve the King of Planet H with complete loyalty and defeat the Black Stars.
