Blood Wheel Clan Low-Rank Ninjas (血車党下忍, Chigurumatō Genin) are low-ranking ninjas who serve Gaikotsumaru and Incarnation Ninjas. Their faces are covered by mesh masks, and they sound similar to the ninja they serve under. They are bound by the "rules of blood" and are often mercilessly executed if the operation fails. Some, such as Manji Kamaitachi, were originally low ninjas before being converted into Incarnation Ninjas. After Majin Sai allies with Akuma Doujin, they become subordinate to the Western Youkai and help them. Their unmasked faces have the Blood Wheel Clan's red stamp on their forehead. There are also special forces, such as the cavalry unit and the ranger unit under Wild Boar. The ninjas under Siren greeted Hayate and his friends with swords and shields reminiscent of ancient Roman gladiators.
