This article is about an ally in Inazuman Flash.Chizuko Arai (荒井 千津子, Arai Chizuko) is the wife of Makoto Arai and mother of Rumi Arai. After being separated from Arai, she lived in the underground of Despar City, where she held reading sessions. Reading is prohibited in Despar City, but she defied this rule. In the final episode, she reunites with her husband and escapes to the surface with her family.
