Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. When the citizens of Oita used the light of their prayers to being PCO into existence, the darkness in their hearts created his rival, Dark City Oita. Also known as DCO, this shadowy knight prowls Oita with a dark hunger and the ferocity of a lion. The darkness that drives him not only makes DCO a threat to PCO, but to himself as well. Despite his dark origins, DCO has a sense of honor and will help PCO if they share a common foe.
