Deirdre is the Mystic Knight of Air of the Mystic Knights.
Biography[]
The princess of Kells. Her weapon is the Whirlwind Crossbow. which shoots a burst of air. To win her white and gold Mystic Armor, she had to defeat the Lightning Bat of Temra. To don her armor, she shouts "Air above me!".
Personality[]
Deirdre is the most logical-minded of the Mystic Knights, and is therefore sometimes frustrated by her companions' foibles.

Whirlwind Crossbow[]
This weapon belongs to the Mystic Knight of Air and utilize the element of Air. With the ability to cause whirlwinds, this weapon will blow the opponent out of the water. Even though it is not very useful in close contact combat, the impact it can make from a distance makes up for it. In order for Deidre to obtain the crossbow she had to defeat the Lightning Bat of Temra.

- The character of Deirdre in Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog is inspired by on a tragic heroine of the samd name of the Ulster Cycle. Here however, she is the daughter of King Conchobar who in turn, based on the king of the same name in the same cycle.
