This article is about a villain in Super Robot Red Baron.Dr. Deviler (デビラー博士, Debirā Hakase), or President Deviler (デビラー総統, Debirā Sōtō), is the ruler of the Iron-faced Party. He was once a renowned robotics scientist, but suddenly disappeared 20 years before the start of the main story. After that, he appeared as the president of the Iron-faced Party. His right arm has been remodeled into an explosive switch and a prosthetic hand with a function that generates heat to an extremely high temperature. He hates people and doesn't trust humans at all and has turned all of his subordinates into cyborgs or human slaves (a human who is literally abused as a slave by implanting a bomb that can be detonated by Deviler's remote control. All the abducted robotics scientists are enslaved.).
Due to repeated failures, he lost all the robots he had stolen from the International Robot Expo, and with the appearance of Angel Killy and an ultimatum from General Headquarters, he built King Deviler. He was obsessed with recovering lost ground, such as stealing the Red Baron's blueprints and burying bombs in Daisaku, killing him with explosions but was defeated by Daigo in episode 26. His corpse reveals that he himself was a cyborg.
