Emperor Banba (帝王バンバ, Teiō Banba) considers himself to be the ruler of all demons and seeks to kill those who refuse to join Neo-Human Empire Phantom Army. He believes he is destined to rule a new world order in which the Earth belongs to demons. In the final episode of Inazuman, Emperor Banba transforms into Fiery-Fighter (火炎ファイター, Kaen Faitā).

In Inazuman, the original series, the Emperor Banba was voiced by Shozo Iizuka (飯塚 昭三, Iizuka Shōzō). His suit actor was Rikiya Ikeda (池田 力也, Ikeda Rikiya).
