's attempt to decipher a note.
Synopsis[]
Principal Hayami receives a challenge from the Kougami Foundation. The great detective Blue Buster comes to help him out. But in the end, Blue Buster can’t seem to solve the case, when the message reads "Please make Akiba official!"

- As Blue Buster points out, Kamen Rider OOO Putoyra Combo's combination of Pteranodon, Triceratops, and Tyrannosaurus, is reminiscent of Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, which included the pink-colored PteraRanger, the blue TriceraRanger, and the red TyrannoRanger. This combination also occured in the second Dinosaur Sentai, Bakuryu Sentai Abaranger, whose first three members were the Tyrannosaurus-themed AbaRed, the Triceratops-themed AbareBlue, and the Pteranodon-themed AbareYellow.
- This combination would be honored in the third Dinosaur Sentai, Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, which came after Go-Busters. Among the five Kyoryugers is KyoryuRed, who possesses the power of the Tyrannosaurus, and KyoryuPink, who possesses the power of the Triceratops, then the Sixth Ranger, KyoryuGold, who possess the power of the Pteranodon.
