Golden Bat (ゴールデンバット, Gōruden Batto) is an android "made by Dr. Komyoji just for experimentation". Although it is more incomplete than Kikaider's, it has a Conscience Circuit, and tells Mitsuko who was abducted by him, "I can understand the pain of Kikaider who can not be a human being or a machine". Eventually, he was executed by Saburo.

Golden Bat's human-like form.
In his human-like form, Golden Bat took the form of a middle-aged man donning a gentleman's attire, a monocle and a large dark cape, reminiscing his appearance with that of Count Dracula. In his android form, he resembles a humanoid gargoyle whose body is entirely clad in gold, hence his name, as well as possessing a pair of large bat wings.
