- This is China's second installment of their own Ultraman-like series.
- However, the hero's fighting style is more closer to Kamen Rider.
- Despite looking a lot like Ultraman, the main hero never turns giant and mainly fights human-sized villains.
- The English "Unidentified Mysterious Animals" is actually a subtitle. The original title means "Golden Armor Warrior" in Chinese.
