Character History[]
He Jin is a skilled martial artist who has spent many years training, and runs the Do-Wan-Gwan Martial Arts School in Master Lu Zhi's absence. Before Master Lu Zhi left, he informed Master He Jin that either Liu Bei or Gongsun Zan would be his successor. Upset, he forbade Liu Bei from practicing martial arts, and kept him busy doing chores around the school, primarily the cooking. It is unknown how he became a Legend Hero, but he received his Legend Changer and the Hero Piece Wang Kuang some time before Liu Bei. After discovering Liu Bei's identity as a Legend Hero, he confronted him before Liu Bei could resign from the battle. Realizing that Liu Bei had no real idea what was going on, he proceeded to beat him up, then offered him a chance to become his subordinate in exchange for his mercy. Guan Yu ordered him to stop, and he submitted rather than have Liu Bei be humiliated. He Jin then proceeded to beat up Guan Yu, but Liu Bei refused to allow his new friend to be beaten up, and the two combined, transforming into Legend Hero Guan Yu.
After his surprising defeat, He Jin retreated to recharge. Watching Liu Bei exhaust his Hero Power helping civilians, He Jin set a trap, using children trapped in a Ferris wheel as bait to further drain Liu Bei's energy while at the same preparing to use a more powerful version of his weapon. Guan Yu scolded him for using innocents in this manner, which Wang Kuang responded that Liu Bei would have saved them. His energy low from helping people, Legend Hero Guan Yu was outmatched by Legend Hero Wang Kuang. However, during the fight, the rescued children cheered Liu Bei and Guan Yu on, recharging Lie Bei's will and thus his Hero Power. He then realized how to beat He Jin's weapon, and defeated him. Expressing his disbelief in being defeated by a cub, He Jin retreated once more, but to no avail as his Hero Peace was turning to stone and his Legend Changer was cracking. He passed out as his dream was shown before shattering.
Afterwards, He Jin was shown packing up his belongings and leaving the school He no longer had the will to continue towards winning a major competition. It was his departure that cause Liu Bei to learn of the other consequence of the Dream Battle, that while the Hero Pieces would be destroyed, the humans would have their dreams shattered and would give up on them completely.
Personality[]
He Jin was shown to be a strong but arrogant martial artist who was willing to use somewhat underhanded methods to achieve victory. After his defeat, he made peace, showing that he still had some remorse for his actions.
Form[]
He Jin, like all Legend Heroes, transforms into an armored form by combining with a Hero Piece. The power of each form is partially based on the user's Hero Power (their will power to fight for their dream), partially the user's skill, and also the bond between the Legend Hero and the Hero Piece.

Legend Hero Wang Kuang is based on the bull, but also has details to suggest some kind of heavy equipment such as smokestacks and vents in his armor. Assumed when He Jin combines with the Hero Piece Wang Kuang, this Legend Hero is all about offense. Unsurprisingly with its bull motif, it prefers to charge and ram enemies with the horns on its head. It is capable of powerful punches and kicks as well. Its weapon is the Ox Flail, which may have both a mace as well as a meteor hammer or morning star mode.

- He Jin shares a similar fate to Masashi Sudo, Kamen Rider Scissors from Kamen Rider Ryuki. Being an early antagonist only to be defeated by the main protagonist. The only difference is that while Masashi died, He Jin lived only having his memories erased.
