This article is about a monster in the Tokusatsu genre.
The Jiraiya Toad is a toad spirit summoned by Jiraiya to do battle with the Serpent of Orochimaru in the 1966 film, Duel of the Dragons.
Character History[]
In order to fight Orochimaru, Jiraiya summoned a massive toad to wreak havoc in the evil ninja's castle. Transforming himself into Orochimaru Serpent, the two titans did battle, until the dragon like serpent gained the upper hand.
It wasn't until Tsunade and Tsunade's Spider intervened did the fight sway in their favor.

- The suit for the film was made by Daiei, the company known for making Gamera.
- The suit would be used, sans horns and rump spikes, as Sennengama in the series, Kamen no Ninja Akakage, and even has a rematch with the unaltered suit of the Orochimaru Serpent.
