Jouji Kirishima (霧島ジョージ, Kirishima Jōji) is the true identity of BAD Leader (バドー首領, Badō Shuryō), also often simply called as BAD (バドー, Badō).
Character History[]
After his father, Dr. Kirishima, was killed by a villain, Jouji became obsessed with a hatred of humans and a desire for revenge, formed the BAD Crime Syndicate. He started a back business that rents out criminal robots and receives the illicit profit earned as a rental fee. Dr. Saori Kirishima, his older sister, developed K and lent it to the Metropolitan Police Department to stop her younger brother's reckless driving. In the final episode, he was forced to join the suicide bombing with Haguruman, who was defeated by K, and died.

BAD Leader was voiced by Kiyoshi Kawakubo (川久保 潔, Kawakubo Kiyoshi), and the character of Jouji Kirishima was portrayed by Sumio Tomikawa (富川 澈夫, Tomikawa Sumio).
Trivia[]
- The only time Jouji appeared in the series was when he was attacked by Haguruman in the final episode, and he usually gives orders only with his voice along with the swirling mysterious lights. On rare occasions, his entire body can be seen through the frosted glass.
