This article is about an ally in Akumaizer 3.Noppelar (ノッペラー, Noppera): Assigned to carry out the "Japan Sinking Operation", Nobera was sent to ensure the water veins of a certain village and the water veins of Downworld were connected so it would be drained of water. Due to not really being evil however, Noppelar began searching for a method to make up for the water shortage in the village, leading to him being reprimanded by Mezalord. Although he is a negligent parent for his son Noppelar Jr., he is not really a villain, as he does not do anything wrong with the villagers he visits.
He is vulnerable to Darunia because he once gave a love letter to her. He later dug another water vein to save the water shortage in the village, and returned to the Downworld with his son and the appreciation of the villagers.
He would later become a member of the Demon Peace Party. At the end of the story, he left to go into a life-threatening battle, saying "Jr. is a strong child (so it's okay if I'm gone)".
