'SeiShinJuu Ranga, simply referred as Ranga, is a tiger-themed Genseijuu belonged to Riser Kageri.
Character History[]
Houki is a blue tiger mech built by Noulan and signature Genseijuu of Justiriser Riser Kageri. Kageri can summon it with use of her InLoader. When not needed, it is stored within Shadestar.
Ranga is represented by Byakko.

With Ranga, Riseross combines into Genseishin Nin-Riser (幻星神ニンライザー Genseishin Ninraizā). Nin Riser is built for high-speed battles and can fight both long and short range, the 'Riser Striker', a pair of blades, being its main melee weapons and the 'Howling Burst' being its primary ranged attack. Its finishing move 'Typhoon Slicer', involves firing a massive cyclone from each shoulder, engulfing the enemy in a powerful typhoon before destroying it by slashing it with the Riser Striker.
