Geki Jumonji
, the new Space Sheriff Gavan and his partner Shelly
are about to raid a deal involving Madgallan
, a member of the Space Criminal Organization Genmaku
. However, instead of waiting for backup, Geki decides to confront the enemies himself. However, the deal is proved to be a trap, with Madgallan defeating Geki with Mad Galactic finisher and Shelly apparently killed one of his companions. When Banban Akaza
from the S.P.D. Fire Squad
arrives, he finds a wounded Geki and Shelly's body missing. Eager to avenge Shelly, Geki is taken off the case by Director Sophie, who claims that in his current state, he is a liability. However, upon having a glance on her monitor, she finds the name of Marika "Jasmine" Hiwatari
, a member of Earth's Dekarangers
with the her ESP power. In the Earth, Tetsu
is trying to arrest an alien, with Swan Shiratori
communicating with him while watching the wedding ceremony from the Dekarangers' base
. Meanwhile in Planet Waiha
, where the wedding ceremony of Dekarangers Sen-chan
and Umeko
is being held, many guest attended the ceremony, including Hoji
, Jasmine and Doggie Kruger
. But as Senichi and Umeko are about to kiss, suddenly Geki interrupts the marriage to ask for their help under a request from the Galactic Union Police.
With Hoji, Senichi and Umeko in tow, Geki takes Jasmine to the crime scene, where they discover the identity of the shooter, Bergian Kuronen
and track him down to Earth where the confront him along Madgallan and his aid Benikiba
as well. As Kuronen shoots Gavan spaceship, Benikiba enters the spaceship and overpowers Jasmine, Umeko, Hoji, Senichi and Geki. Geki decided to go outside by transforming into Gavan to fight against Kuronen, but Madgallan intervenes. During his battle with Madgallan, Gavan's Laser Blade
is destroyed and defeated by him with Mad Galactic. As Madgallan is trying to finish off Geki, but he is rescued in the nick of time by Ban. Ban then goes into battle against Madgallan, but Kuronen also intervenes to stop him. Gavan's spaceship was crashed, and Benikiba escapes with Kuronen by truck. As the criminals escape once again, Geki and the others return to the Dekarangers' base where their investigation connects Madgallan and his cohorts with a mysterious case of hundreds of people having their blood sucked dry to death, and the manufacturing company "Smile and Gentleness". Geki and Umeko then question Lars
, the president of Smile and Gentleness who reveals to them that he is being threatened by Genmaku, with his secretary being one of their spies sent to keep and eye on him. The policemen then confront the secretary, who reveals herself as Benikiba, and Gavan leaves Umeko behind to confront Benikiba and protect Lars alone to chase after Kuronen but finds no one, and when he returns, he finds Lars and a severely wounded Umeko, holding a mysterious black mask.
As Umeko is under treatment and the mask is analyzed by Swan, Senichi blames Geki for leaving Umeko behind to chase after vengeance. They also discover that Geki forged his request for their assistance and he is sent to prison on Planet Bird. While investigating Lars' office, Hoji and Senichi discover that Lars and Madgallan are the same person, but suddenly Kuronen attacks them, prompting both men to hide under the table. Benikiba then storms the Dekarangers' HQ and kills the SPD personnel, then she confronts Jasmine and Swan who has the mask. As Jasmine attempts to transform into DekaYellow, but Benikiba quickly interrupts her transformation while telling her that she has found Shelly's power and knocks her down. After knocking Jasmine down, Benikiba corners Swan to forcibly take the mask and shoves her. Benikiba then extracts Lars, who was being interrogated by Tetsu and Doggie Kruger, returning the mask to him, which he uses to transform into Madgallan. Lars then reveals that the mask gives him the powers and memories of the original Madgallan, who was defeated by Juspion
decades ago. Madgallan then goes into battle against both DekaBreak and DekaMaster, with Benikiba aids him to fight against DekaBreak. Madgallan eventually defeats them with Mad Galactic. After both DekaBreak and DekaMaster were defeated, but Jasmine appears to arrest Benikiba. However Benikiba cuts her own hand to break the handcuffs, then beats Jasmine, and both Benikiba and Madgallan escapes.
The Dekarangers investigate further and discover that all victims of the bloodsucking case had the ability to transform, and that Shelly had a higher power than the others, implying that she must be alive and used by Lars to complete his plan. Umeko recovers and reveals that she was not left behind by Geki, as she asked to deal with Benikiba by herself, but was unaware of Lars' true colors and was stabbed by him with one of the Benikiba's knives. As Lars are about to finish off Umeko, suddenly Geki calling, prompting Lars to ask Benikiba to leave, while he pretend to panic. Meanwhile, Benikiba reattaches her hand (after being cut by Jasmine earlier) while being told by Lars about her past as a cop, but Benikiba says that she's now forget it and wants the death instead. Benikiba then asking when Lars weapon named "Satan Gorth
" is complete, but he says that it will activate soon. Lars then thanked Kuronen as he beats Shelly, while telling her that she can't transform into parakeet to escape. Hoji, Senichi, Jasmine and Umeko then decide to break into the prison where Geki is held and rescue him. Ban also appears and joins them to chase after Lars and rescue Shelly.
As Lars beats Shelly in order to have her bleed enough to complete his weapon Satan Gorth, Benikiba states that her mission assisting him is over and leaves. Once Benikiba leaves, Lars then decided to ignore her and become more violent as he ruthlessly beats Shelly several times. Geki and the Dekarangers arrive soon after and while Geki confronts Lars, the Dekarangers fight and defeat Kuronen. Lars then uses the mask and becoming Madgallan, as he remembers Geki about his strength. Geki then transforms into Gavan, and the Dekarangers transforms as well. Gavan then goes into fighting against Madgallan, as they both were teleported to Satan Gorth Zone. Madgallan then overpowers Gavan, after he deflects any Gavan's attack power. During the Dekarangers fight with Kuronen, they got shot after they scattered because he uses his hand as a gun. During Gavan fight with Madgallan, he is being overwhelmed as Madgallan slashes him with Mad Galactic, causing Gavan to be defeated and became powerless, turning back into Geki. Just when Madgallan was about to kill Geki, suddenly he was stopped by Gavan Dynamic finisher, saving him on time. It turns out that Geki is approached by his senior and the original Gavan, Retsu Ichijouji
, who gives him a new Laser Blade, forged on Juspion's planet Eijin
, which he uses to defeat Lars and destroy Madgallan's mask. Retsu goes into battle against Madgallan's men, while Geki retransform back into Gavan.
Meanwhile, Kuronen confronts Umeko as she was singing. But as Kuronen are about to shoot her, suddenly he was ambushed by the other Dekarangers to attack him while doing their roll call. After doing their roll call, Ban judges
Kuronen for 88 murder charges in different planets. Once Kuronen's deletion approved, the Dekarangers completely destroys him with D-Revolver. Gavan then goes into battle against Madgallan once again, this time using the new sword that was given by Retsu. With his new Laser Blade, Gavan repeatedly slashes Madgallan and drops his sword, damaging him several times. Gavan eventually destroys Madgallan with his Gavan Cosmic Dynamic finisher, defeating him in process and turning back into Lars. After the Dekarangers and Gavan rescues Shelly and leaves, but Lars lives long enough to activate Satan Gorth, as he laughing maniacally while stating that no one can defeat Satan Gorth before being crushed to death. Satan Gorth eventually revived, but it is completely destroyed by Ban using the DekaWing Cannon
new technique, Giga Magnum. After the battle was over, Geki and the Dekarangers then celebrates their victory and rejoices as Shelly was saved and the Satan Gorth was destroyed. Meanwhile, Benikiba returns to Genmaku as she was assigned to assist Coolgin
in her next mission. After returning to the Galactic Police's base, Sophie reveals to Geki that she and Ban had arranged for him to work with the other Dekarangers since the beginning and Shelly decides to leave Geki's side and work at the main office, while Geki is nominated as the first leader of the "Space Squad", instructing him to select other Sentai and Metal Heroes to form a team to take down Genmaku once and for all.
In the post-credits, Senichi and Umeko resume their marriage ceremony, but when they are about to kiss, an embarrassed Sen becomes constipated and runs to the toilet, driving Umeko into rage.

Notes[]
- Writer Naruhisa Arakawa mentions Juspion as the first Metal Hero Series he watched. The inclusion of Mad Gallant is due to Junichi Haruta's performance in the original series catches Arakawa's impression.[1]
- The Akibarangers
are mentioned when Secretary Sophie mistook them for Ban's teammates, to which Ban rejected. This is an in-joke and a refer to Ban's actor Ryuji Sainei's appearance in Akibaranger's 2nd episode and his denouncement of the series. - The early theatrical release of both this movie and Template:TK acts as a prototype strategy to the soon-to-be-branded V-Cinext films.
