This article is about a show in the Tokusatsu genre.Star Bows (スターぼうず, Sutā Bōzu) is a 2001 tokusatsu sci-fi parody series produced by BS-i in order to celebrate the 100th Eiji Tsuburaya's birthday. It was supervised by Akira Tsuburaya, the third son of Eiji Tsuburaya.
Plot[]
In a far away galaxy, The Magadaras Empire, the most powerful empire in history, dominates the galaxy with overwhelming military power, and the Pigeonnaries of the Republic Army, who rebeled against the Empire, have been fighting for generations. Meanwhile, Ken (Masashi Ogata), a volunteer soldier in the Imperial Army, has been assigned to the military's 8823 (Hayabusa) unit, a dropout unit assigned to a remote planet, and the orders from his superiors are full of absurdity. Ken, who blindly believes in military justice, and the other quirky soldiers follows theses orders anyway.
