Synopsis[]
Eri, a girl with psionic powers, is carried away by Mold Banbara, one night. He is gathering kids with special powers in order to form a Fantom Youth Corps. Goro saves her and brings her to the Youth League base, but she is under the control of Mold Banbara. She plants a bomb at the base then disappears…
