Tommy was a Bouncer for the Black Lizard Gang who was a Master of the Trumpet Blowgun.
Appearance[]
Tommy was a man with puffy black hair and a mustache that went down to the edge of his mouth. His attire consisted of a white long sleeved dress shirt with horizontal blue stripes, a red jacket, an orange ascot, a yellow handkerchief in the pocket on the left side of his jacket, glasses, and a gray hat.
He also possessed a second attire that consisted of a black jacket, a white scarf, white gloves, black pants, a white belt, black shoes, and the same glasses.
