The Western Youkai Army (西洋妖怪軍団, Seiyō Yōkai Gundan) are a youkai army who allied with the Blood Wheel Clan, whose conquest of Japan was delayed due to Arashi. They utilized Western monsters who had abilities that far surpass the Incarnated Ninjas of the Blood Wheel Clan.
